Guidelines When Attending Campuses
After reviewing current CDC guidelines and the Bishop’s “Moving Forward Together” recommendations, we will be implementing extra safety and sanitation procedures in order to protect everyone attending campus.
The dispensation from the Sunday obligation to attend Mass is still in place. All 9 AM Mass live-streams will continue as well as a Sunday 8 AM Mass.
Social distancing and proper sanitation guidelines are observed. Please cooperate with the parish staff and volunteers to help promote everyone's safety. Please remember to maintain 6 feet of social distancing while entering and exiting the church.
Those with vulnerable health situations are encouraged not to attend Mass in person.
If you are exhibiting signs of illness (cough, runny nose, fever, etc.), for the safety of others you should not attend Mass in person.
All parishioners are required to wear a face mask while on campus. Masks may only be removed when receiving Holy Communion. Masks should cover both your mouth and nose.
All parishioners attending Mass should use hand sanitizer as they enter the building.
Holy Communion will be distributed after Mass to those in the parking lot (The priest will come outside).
Please follow the ushers’/volunteers’ directions for how to receive Communion to maintain appropriate social distancing.
If you choose to receive Communion on the tongue please wait until the end of the Communion line in your section. The priest or deacon will sanitize his hands before moving to the next section to distribute Communion.
The Precious Blood will not be distributed during Holy Communion.
You must sit in the designated pews and leave at least 6 feet in between families. Please follow the ushers’/volunteers’ directions on seating.
Holy Water fonts will remain empty.
All hymnals, missals, missalettes and Bibles have been removed. The Evangelion is available online and will also be available for you to pick up in print at the entrance of the church to enable you to follow along with the Mass readings for the weekend Masses.
Limited entrances may be opened. Please follow the volunteers directions while entering and leaving the church.
Offertory Baskets will be available at our Masses but will not be passed. Please consider making your donation online. We accept online donations via electronic check, credit or debit cards at greatgrouping.org/finance
